AlwaysNear App by Zonafy LLC

When something happens, one update reaches everyone who matters.

No more calling people one by one. Send one update to everyone who matters — or let someone you trust send it for you.

AlwaysNear is not a replacement for 911 or local emergency services.

What AlwaysNear does

Someone you trust can send for you

Invite a delegate — a spouse, sibling, or close friend — to send updates on your behalf when you can't. They're approved by you and can only act within the access AlwaysNear gives them.

Real groups for real relationships

Organize contacts into Family, Close Friends, Work, or custom groups — so the right update reaches the right people, every time.

However they need to hear it

Deliver updates by SMS, email, or both — recipients stay informed through the channel they actually check.

How it works

  1. Step 1

Create an account and set up trusted contact groups. Contacts must opt in before receiving SMS updates.

  2. Step 2

Prepare update content and designate approved delegates if needed.

  3. Step 3

Send an emergency or status update only when you choose to send it.

  4. Step 4

Recipients get the update by SMS/email and can view timeline context.

SMS notifications and consent

When a contact is added, AlwaysNear sends a one-time invitation SMS. The contact must reply YES before receiving emergency/status updates.

  • Emergency and status notifications only.
  • No marketing or promotional SMS.
  • Message frequency varies by user activity.
  • Msg & data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to opt out.
  • Reply HELP for help.
  • Consent is not a condition of purchase.
